2. Ordering & Contract Formation
By placing an order on forevermelody.com, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Starbrown Kft. You will receive an automatic email confirmation upon successful submission of your order. This confirmation marks the formation of a contract between you (the customer) and us (the seller).
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, you are not obligated to proceed with the purchase.
3. Product Information
Forever Melody offers personalized digital songs created based on your submitted information. You can review the essential features of each product on the respective product page before placing an order.
Since each product is custom-made, it is important that you provide accurate and complete information when submitting your request.
4. Payment & Invoicing
We accept secure payment via:

Credit or debit card (powered by Stripe)
All prices are listed in USD and are VAT-exempt under Hungarian law (AAM status).
After successful payment, you will receive an electronic invoice issued by our invoicing partner, Billingo (Octonull Kft.), sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
5. Delivery
Your custom song will be delivered by email in MP3 format. You can download and listen to it on any compatible device.
Delivery time depends on the package selected at checkout:

Standard: within 3 business days

Fast Track: within 2 business days

Express: within 24 hours (including weekends)
We always aim to deliver within the promised timeframe.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your order without explanation until we begin production of your custom song.
After work has started, we do not offer refunds except in cases of non-performance or clear error on our part.
Due to the personalized nature of our product, the right of withdrawal is excluded under applicable EU consumer law. However, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you’re not happy with the result, we’ll work with you to revise the song.
7. Intellectual Property
All songs created and delivered by Forever Melody remain the intellectual property of Starbrown Kft.
You, the customer, are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the song for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may:

Share the song privately (e.g., with family and friends)

Post it on social media with credit to Forever Melody
You may not:

Sell or commercially distribute the song

Claim authorship or alter the content without permission
For commercial licensing (e.g., for advertising, broadcasting), please contact us directly.
8. Data Privacy
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Hungarian privacy law.
Your data is used solely for:

Communicating with you about the service
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except when required for invoicing or delivery (e.g., Billingo).

10. Dispute Resolution
For EU customers, we follow the guidelines set by the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
You can submit a complaint via the ODR platform:

If the matter cannot be resolved directly with us, you may contact your local Consumer Protection Authority or Alternative Dispute Resolution body.
For customers outside the EU, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Hungary, and any unresolved disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Szombathely District Court.
